Pricing

All Prices are listed here.

Bridal Trials

All trials are held at my home studio in Hope Island 4212. Trials are held on weekdays between 9:30am-3pm.

Bookings

To secure your wedding date, a 20% of your total quote is due at the time of accepting it. Your deposit will be deducted from the final balance. 

All deposits are strictly non-refundable or non-transferable regardless of the reason given. The deposit is to cover administration and loss of other bookings caused by allocating your booking. In the unlikely event that Vanessa is unable to attend the clients booking due to sickness, injury, personal emergency or any other circumstance beyond her control, Vanessa will endeavor to find a replacement. However, finding a replacement is not guaranteed. The client will receive a full refund of the money paid, less services provided.

Booking numbers

Please consider and confirm your numbers carefully at the time of booking, as Vanessa does not offer any reductions in our packages. This includes but not limited to, situations where the booking and/or wedding is amended due to personal relationship breakdowns, financial, family situations and unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: health pandemics, change to regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures. Additional services can be booked in at anytime pending availability of stylist.

Travel

Travel is charged depending on location. So please have the right location at the time of the booking to have the correct charge. If location is changed for any circumstance the travel fee might have an increase and will be charged extra in the last invoice if further away. 

Early Call Times

Early call fees do not apply. Bookings only available after 5:30am.

Satisfaction

Services will be completed to each client’s satisfaction on the wedding day. Ample time is given for each style upon booking. Verbal agreement is thereby confirming the client is happy with the services performed. If the client is unhappy with the styling provided, they must raise their concern whilst Vanessa is still on location and it will be rectified.

Cancellations

Cancelling or rescheduling of trials requires 5 days notice. Cancelling of weddings requires 60 days notice. Failure to notify Vanessa prior to 60 days, will result in payment being due in full. This includes, but not limited to, situations where the booking and/or wedding is amended due to personal relationship breakdowns, financial, family situations and unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: health pandemics, change to regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures.

Failure to pay the full balance due will result in a final letter of demand which will be emailed to the address supplied. If after seven days of the letter being sent, full payment has not been made, Vanessa will pursue legal action to retrieve those funds. All legal fees will be at the expense of the client.

COVID - 19

Enforced cancellations due to government regulations (lockdown) will result in the bride receiving a full refund minus the booking fee. The booking fee will be credited to a future date. If Vanessa is unavailable for the new date, then the booking fee is forfeited as the booking fee is non-refundable.

Reschedule or Postponements

If you choose to reschedule or postpone your wedding, you will be subject to new pricing. If Vanessa is not available on the new date the deposit will not be refunded. 

Service location and Requirements

Getting ready location is at the discretion of the bride however, there are certain requirements the stylist needs to complete services. Working electrical outlets must be available for use by the stylist. A work area with table and chairs as well as ample lighting (natural or artificial) is also necessary for services to be performed properly. Stylist must be allowed to wear their chosen shoes on premises & smoking / vaping is prohibited in the working environment at all times due to health & safety reasons.

Liability

By signing this contract, the client removes Vanessa from any personal responsibility if there should be any damages incurred to the client and/or bridesmaids or any other party member due to sensitivity or allergic reaction from products used during services.

Parking Fees

Parking needs to be provided onsite at the getting ready location. All hotels will need to have a space available onsite for parking and the fee will be added to the client’s room bill.

Payment

The final balance is due 7 days before the event as one payment, no exceptions. The person responsible for the entire bill is the person(s) who has signed the booking contract. Payment can be paid via the invoice provided in a lump sum- periodic payments not accepted. No third party payments are accepted.

Use of Images

It is imperative that we continue to update our portfolio and demonstrate our work to future prospective brides. By signing this contract, you give confirmation for Vanessa to contact the client's wedding photographer to access professional images and use them on social media/website for promotional purposes. Please let Vanessa know in advance if you do not wish to be photographed or not happy with Vanessa sharing images for marketing purposes. Tamika is happy to be photographed on your wedding day however please ensure we are tagged @vanessabaratellaco or credited for the work performed.
